Mr. Takeji Takada graduated from Kansai University Faculty of Law, Department of Jurisprudence in 1993. Mr. Takada started his career at a system integrator in 1993. In 2003, he joined Ogasawara Patent Office. In 2007, he was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office.

Ms. Yoko Someya graduated from Doshisha University Faculty of Letters, Department of English in 1993, and started her career at a cooperative. In 1996, she joined a patent office, and in 1998, conducted translation services at an electrical equipment manufacturing company and others. In 2005, she joined another patent office, and in 2007, she was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office. In 2009, she joined Ogasawara Patent Office.

Mr. Joshichiro Kakebayashi graduated from Yokohama National University Faculty of Economics, Division of International Economics in 2001. Mr. Kakebayashi started his career at a major logistics services company in 2001, and joined a patent office in 2009. In 2010, he joined the Ogasawara Patent Office and was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office.

Mr. Bunpei Oike graduated from Osaka University, School of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 1996, and started his career at a construction consultancy. In 2004, Mr. Oike joined a patent office, and registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office in 2007. Mr. Oike then joined a measurement and diagnosis development company, and in 2012, joined Ogasawara Patent Office.

Mr.Timothy Fagan,BA,LL.B.,(1995) was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia in 1996 and has been counseling international clients in relation of Japanese intellectual Property law since 2000. Mr.Fagan has experience in strategic patent and trademark litigation, IP commercialization and acquisition, licensing technology transfer and unfair competition prevention law. Mr.Fagan joined Ogasawara Patent Office in 2006.
