Mr. Shiro Ogasawara obtained a Bachelor's degree in electronics from Doshisya University in 1978 and joined a Patent Office as a technology specialist in 1979. Mr. Ogasawara was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office in 1989 and founded Ogasawara Patent Office in 1991.


Mr. Masahiro Ozawa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Kobe University in 1998 and joined Ogasawara Patent Office in 2000. Mr. Ozawa was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office in 2001.

Mr. Tatsuhisa Ishikawa obtained a Bachelorfs degree from Business School of Hannan University in 1987.Mr. Ishikawa started his career in 1987 and after acquiring extensive knowledge and experiences in the fields of marketing, human resource development, planning, and sales, was assigned to be responsible for copyright management and trademark infringement suits.In 2005, he joined Ogasawara Patent Office and was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office.


Mr. Kaoru Kuwabara obtained from KyotoUniversity a Bachelorfs degree in Agricultural Chemistry in 1998 and a Master's degree in Applied Life Sciences in 2000.Mr. Kuwabara started his career at a system integrator in 2000 and joined a Patent Office as a technology specialist in 2002.In 2005, he joined Ogasawara Patent Office and was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office.


Mr. Takeji Takada graduated from Kansai University Faculty of Law, Department of Jurisprudence in 1993. Mr. Takada started his career at a system integrator in 1993. In 2003, he joined Ogasawara Patent Office. In 2007, he was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office.

Mr.Timothy Fagan,BA,LL.B.,was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia in 1996 and has been counseling international clients in relation of Japanese intellectual Property law since 2000. Mr.Fagan has experience in strategic patent and trademark litigation, IP commercialization and acquisition, licensing technology transfer and unfair competition prevention law. Mr.Fagan joined Ogasawara Patent Office in 2006.
